✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⛔ Items that are damaged due to misuse, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us at contact@averstor.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  4. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund based on condition

  • Notify you via email of the status

  • If approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

🛑 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  2. Attach clear photos showing the issue

  3. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund—no return required
